Summit - Casino & Art Gallery Expansion

Trimline were commissioned to carry out an extensive refit of the casino and art gallery aboard the Celebrity Summit cruise ship. The work included an expansion of the existing casino including new slot machine bases as well providing a deck fixing solution for the free-standing machines.

The work included the removal of existing wall coverings, and the installation of new fabric and vinyl finishes across the casino, the art gallery and photo studio. In addition to the wall coverings, gallery rails were installed, along with spray painted deckhead panels to update the ceilings in the New Art Consultation Room. The entire space received a fresh, modern look, tailored to the ship’s aesthetic.

The scope also involved the relocation and installation of owner-supplied furniture within the spaces, including TV units, CCTV and IT equipment, cupboards, desks, and chairs, all carefully placed to suit the updated layout. To support the refit, Trimline also handled the transport and packing of materials to the vessel, along with managing the logistics of flights and travel for the project team.
