Trimline recently completed a significant refurbishment of the Cruise Next Counter on the Norwegian Getaway during her recent drydock. This project aimed to modernize and enhance the functionality of the counter, ensuring it meets the high standards expected by guests. The work began with protecting existing millwork to prevent any damage during the renovation. Key removal tasks included the partial dismantling of existing countertop finishes and the removal of outdated signage to prepare for new installations.
The new construction phase was the cornerstone of the project, featuring the installation of a new countertop and associated millwork. This included a main desktop, a main stone countertop, ADA-compliant stone, and leather front panels. Electrical work was also a significant part of the refurbishment, with new power and data installations to support the new computer stations. The project also involved patching and repainting the signage pelmet to ensure a seamless look. Throughout the process, Trimline's team demonstrated their commitment to quality and attention to detail, ensuring that the Cruise Next Counter is now both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional for future cruise planning activities.
